  HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT WHAT IS THE REAL COST OF FOOD OR HOW MUCH RUBBISH WE PRODUCE? DANIEL WEBB KEPT ALL HIS PLASTIC RUBBISH AND THEN CREATED A PIECE OF ART. HE CALLED IT EVERYDAY PLASTIC. HE COLLECTED 4,490 ITEMS FROM HIS PERSONAL RUBBISH IN 12 MONTHS. IT WAS SHOKING, BECAUSE 93% OF HIS PLASTIC WAS SINGLE-USE. THE ENVIROMENTAL COST OF FOOD IS MASSIVE. IN THE UK, OVER 50% OF HOUSEHOLD FOOD COMES IN A PACKAGE. MOST OF THEM ARE LOW QUALITY AND SINGLE-USE. AS A RESULT RECYCLING CENTRES CAN NOT USE IT AND IT ENDS UP IN RUBBISH DUMPS. THIS IS TERRIBLE. IN THE 21ST CENTURIE, PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD ARE ALL CONECTED - BY TECHNOLOGY, BY ECONOMIC AND POLITIC RELATIONSHIPS AND BY THE CLIMATE CHANGE. THAT IS WHY WE NEED TO BECOME GLOBAL CITIZENS AND HERE IS HOW: 1. TRY TO UNDERSTAND GLOBAL ISSUES. WE CAN NOT SOLVE ALL OF THE WORLDS PROBLEMS, BUT WE CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR ACTIONS AND TAKE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES. WHAT CAN YOU DO: FOLLOW THE NEWS, CONSIDER THE EFFECTS OF YOUR ACTIONS. 2. WANT TO CREATE A FAIR SOCIETY. GLOBAL CITIZENS WANTS TO LIVE IN SOCIETY, WERE EVERYONE HAS SAME RIGHTS AND ARE TREATED EQUALLY. WHAT CAN YOU DO: UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES, DO NOT ACCEPT PREJUDICE. 3. RESPECT AND VALUE DIFFERENCES. GLOBAL CITIZENS UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT AND CELEBRATE THOSE DIFFERENCES. WHAT CAN YOU DO: TALK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, PRACTISE ACTIVE LISTENING. 4. I would like to talk about Greta Thunberg, Woman of the year in 2019. Every friday she got up at 6 a.m., but she did not go to her school. Instead she went to parliament building in Stockholm to protest about climate change. It began in 2018 and went viral. People who shared her photos wrote #FridaysforFuture. A year after Greta spoke at UN climate summit in New York. She lead  one of the biggest environmental protests ever - over 3 million people from many different countries joined her. What do you think about this girl? Do you like what she is doing?

Around 90% of people have at least one Fear. Most fears are not caused by one big event. Fears develop through a complex mix of genetics and environment. Are you tired of being afraid? Yes, I would like to tell you three ways how to overcome your fear:) Talk about your fears. Talking helps people understand the problem and find the solution. Try to challenge unhelpful thoughts. If you ask yourself the right questions, you can prove your brain that is nothing to worry about. If these two ways doesn’t help you try facing your fears. When you completely avoid your fears, you teach your part of a brain that you can’t handle them. If you face your fears in small doses, it doesn’t hurt you but makes your brain get used to it. Once I asked ChatGPT, ,,what is a woman?” and it said ,, A woman is an adult female human typically characterised by biological and psychological traits such as the ability to bear children and produce milk” . And what it said is true. But for me, that sentence is dry. I would say that the woman is human being, who was underrated since past. But woman still proved that every women is stronger than men. Maybe women are physically weaker than men, but more than half men wouldn’t survive the things women survived.
