Around 90% of people have at least one Fear. Most fears are not caused by one big event. Fears develop through a complex mix of genetics and environment. Are you tired of being afraid? Yes, I would like to tell you three ways how to overcome your fear:)
- Talk about your fears. Talking helps people understand the problem and find the solution.
- Try to challenge unhelpful thoughts. If you ask yourself the right questions, you can prove your brain that is nothing to worry about.
- If these two ways doesn’t help you try facing your fears. When you completely avoid your fears, you teach your part of a brain that you can’t handle them. If you face your fears in small doses, it doesn’t hurt you but makes your brain get used to it.
